80 c.p.c

(Querist) 25 March 2014 This query is : Resolved 
I have making the state govt as a party in one civil suit.i gave advocate notice u/s 80 c.p.c but before the time period i.e 60 days i filed the suit. now my question- is the suit admisable or not?.

It is admissible. You show justification/ urgency, as u can't wait for statutory period. Court is always lenient.
