A case was filed in 2011. It has been fixed for Plaintiff's evidence now. For the purpose of evidence is it necessary to restrict to the position mentioned in the plaint in 2011 or current position can also be added in the evidence to be submitted by affidavit.

If the position does not relate to past,more particularly to situation before filing of plaint, it can be added,as it it would amount to evidence post filing of suit,a pendelite fact.
