sec 199 0f U.P.Z.A act says that BHumidar with transferable rights cannot be ejected from his holding.However his holding can be sold for arrears of land revenue. wouldn't the purchaser of land be entitled to possession? or he will have to file a suit for recovery of possession.Please clarify.

in such case purchaser will be fresh allottee and will have full title.

When you read section 199 why did you not read provisions relating to sale for arrears of revenue as well as rules made in that regard.You should read rule 285 onward where a detailed procedure is provided.
NO SUIT OF POSSESSION WOULD BE REQUIRED BY AUCTION PURCHASER AS AFTER CONFIRMATION OF THE AUCTION SALE THE AUCTION PURCHASER WOULD BE PUT IN POSSESSION BY COLLECTOR ON STATE"S BEHALF.
