wife's father has vitiligo(white spots, genetic disorder).wife gave wrong information of education.wife stayed with husband for four days after marriage . no sexual relationship.husband flled for annulment .are any case laws available

you must have met the father before marriage . why did you ruin a lady future by marrying her and then deserting her within 4 days of marriage . try to save your marriage rather than applying for annullment

The disorder of the father of the wife has no bearing over your relationship but if no physical relationship has been establsihed between you so it shall be presumed that marriage has not been consumated and this is best ground for divorce but for annulement. No case law favours you if the facts of your case are same as you prescribed here.

You can file a suit for Annulment of Marriage against your wife that the marriage was not consummated which is nullity as per provision,but it is very difficult to prove.Father's vitiligo is not for a ground for annulment of marriage.

What to talk of father,EVEN IF YOUR WIFE HAS 'VITILIGO'( leukoderma) THE SAME CAN NOT BE A GROUND OF ANNULMENT OR DIVORCE.

Yes, it is no ground for divorce. Case law supports a case , not win a case.
Concentrate on merit of your case which I think to be very weak.

Your case have no merit to get Divorce Decree. U objected her father's white marks, so court will presume, you denied sex relationship. You hv no ground.
