Normally, a compromise with individuals can be possible, but not with big MNCs, who have upper hand being a prosecutor. However, only an insider influential authority can help you for compromise, if you can manage.

Yes very much possible. Inform the court your intention for compromise and same can be worked out through Mediation and Conciliatory Center of the court between both parties.
Big multinational companies are represented through local employees and legal counsels so that won't be hurdle in settlement of the dispute amicably.

Compromise is possible in your case. File necessary application with the help of lawyer on record. Court will pass the order as per application and compromise between the parties.

Compromise is possible either through mediation and conciliation center of court or Lok Adalat which is attached to every district court and once approached its decision is equivalent to a civil court decree and binding on both the parties. No further appeal either to Highcourt or Supreme court is allowed. It is cost effective and saves on time.Your case or compromise will be decided in a Jiffy.

There are lot of modes by which you can arrive at an out of court compromise if the case is already pending before court.
You can file a petition seeking mediation before lok adalat for compromise, the court will certainly oblige.
Your lawyer and their lawyer also can arrange for compromise talks between you and the company.

You need not disclose your identity where some "fake" and "impersonating" experts (one of them Usha Kapoor) are available on this platform to misguide persons like you FREE OF COST,
Best of luck.

Compromise can be possible only if both the parties are willing to compromise. Otherwise, compromise cannot be forced even by the court of law of mediation centre on any of the unwilling party.
