Get the information from the registrar office concerned. or search IG of Registration, Delhi Government. the act and rules are some different from state to state.

You are not having plot registered in your name.

Notary documents are not legal.

Search the actual owner, get the property registered in your name.

No authentication for Notary registered documents..
you need a local lawyer..
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 12 April 2017
Even if you have complete chain of documents of previous owners and are having power of attorney then also you need to have execution of the sale-deed and its registration by the person holding duly registered power of attorney of the person being shown owner in the office of registrar or in the record of MCD.

Search such person or persons first, prepare them to help you and for the procedural matter, contact to deed-writer and get the registration done as desired.

Registration fee differs from place to place and its need shall arise only when the seller is ready to cooperate with you.

Thanks for the answer experts but if there is so much fatigue in doing all these things 1 thing more to ask if I don't register the plot and don't sell it in future is there any risk ...
Raj Kumar Makkad (Expert) 15 April 2017
There is full risk if you don't get the property registered in your name. Mere possession over the property don't make you its owner.
