C.p.c Ke naye amendment Ke baad kya witness Ke chief examination Ke affidavits ek sath dena jaruri hai ya alag -2 bhi de sakte hai...(opponent ka kehna hai ki cross open ho jayega)

No,court can not compel any party to the suit to submit all affidavits of evidence together.u/o 17 r 1 of cpc three opportunities/adjournments can be granted for the same.
