Thank you Ajay Sethi Sir,Rajendra K Goyal Sir, Devajyoti Barman Sir,R.K. Nanda Sir,Bhartesh Goyal Sir.

Respected members,
Reason behind this is that Suit is admitted after satisfying objections & received suit number and suit will come for admission where we are supposed to issue writ summons to defendands.

But we have to also issue notice of motion & we have choice to go before the court by precipie to get leave to register notice of motion.

problem is that since suit is big & defendants are more than 20, we want serve summon for notice of motion & writ of summon together to the defendant to save cost & time.

So How can it be done ?
Please reply. Thank you.
