Respected Sir/Madam,
My wife has lost her memory completely, she is physically and mentally abnormal due to the side effect after outcome of suicide attempt(hanging herself). Now she is living with her parents. My in-laws filed a case against me and case is under trail in court u/s 498(A), 504, 506.
My twin girl childs(4 years) are with my in-laws.

1. How can I take back my wife?

2. My in-laws are asking me to come to their home to live with my wife.
But they are not ready to withdraw the complaint/Case.

Please suggest me.

Discuss the issue and settle it amicably seeking help of some elderly persons from your society, friends, relatives or acquaintances.
Legal proceeding are not the solution for rehabilitation except a few cases where counsellors do take keen interest to save the marriage institution.
