IF SOME ONES PARENTS DIED WAY BACK IN 1977,CAN THEY FILE ANY SUIT FOR PARTITION CLAIMING THEIR SHARE IN ANCESTRAL PROPERTY,NOW IN 2014. WILL AMMENDMENT OF HINDU SUCCESION ACT 2005 WILL BE APPLICABLE TO THEM ? FOR SHARING EQUAL RIGHTS IN ANCESTRAL PROPERTY.

They have the right to demand partition.
