Sir my self Joydeep Mukherjee,I purchased Heromotocorp 110 cc new bike passion X pro from Automobikes showroom Ranchi, Jharkhand on 02.06.2013.
Following are the below stated points which i want to state you so that i get the best suggession for clamining compensasion against defective bike :-
1) Job card No-4204 dated 15/06/2013 I stated service provider that why chain spocket looses so early. Service provider answered it is natural will be okay after service.
2) Job card No-6789 dated 28/07/2013 I again stated about chain problem. Service provider replied the same.
3) Job card No-9860 dated 15/09/2013 I again stated about chain problem adding that horn and light dipper switch are not working properly, also their is friction in back tyre area. Service provider replied its rainy days it okay will be rectified after service.
4) Job card No-13302 dated 17/11/2013 I again stated about chain problem adding that their is friction in back tyre area, and mileage issue. Service provider replied you replace the old chain spocket and brake showl with new one.
5) Job card No-17682 dated 02/02/2014 I again stated about chain problem adding that their is friction in back tyre area, and mileage issue. Service provider replied you replace the old chain spocket and brake showl with new one. They also changed right rear indicator as it was not working.
6) Job card No-144 dated 04/04/2014 again stated about chain problem adding that their is friction in back tyre area, and mileage issue. Service provider replied it will be rectifeid after service. Also they changed tail light bulb stated it was fused.
All the above services are free services provided by Heromotecorp. All the services have been taken within the stipulated span of time and kilometers.
7) Job card No-18839 dated 23/02/2014 I on suggession from service provider replaced the old chain spocket and brake showl with the new one.
8) Job card No-3320 dated 01/06/2014 I availed the paid service stating their again is friction in back tyre area, and mileage issue. Service provider replied it will be rectified.
9) Job card No-4665 dated 25/06/2014 I visited service center as their was gear problem. Service provider on inspection told shift return spring is broken and needed to be changed, I agreed and told to replace it. After its repiar they agian told me that Gear pioneer device (GPD) is broken. I asked service provider what is the reason behind this they casually told me someone might have kicked it forcefully, despite their is no external damage in engine area...
Sir i want the best possible guidelines from your's end so that i can successfully get the full compensation ie Bike price along with all payment made plus my mental harasment.
I will eagerly wait for your guidelines.

issue legal notice to manufacturer/ service provider . file complaint before consumer forum for deficiency in service and seek replacement of bike and compensation for mental torture undergone by you
