Hello sir,

This is regarding maintenance - salary 30K only giveing rent and other small expenses.
As i do not have any liability till now,so while fighting the maintenance case if i will show my liability like loan,credit card bill,insurance premium,than my question is that court will see the tranction date/bills of last 3to 4 month (past history)
or
If suppose i will take loan and insurance just mid of the maintenance case to reduce the final amt than court will consider it or not.
