Sir I'm Kumar.I planned my love marriage in arya samaaj.is arya samaaj marriage certificate is valid for police complaints and all legal problems? And how to know all arya samaaj mandir are registered or not? Is there any need to register arya samaaj certificate again in local registration office.please answer me sir.

Any marriage conducted at Religious places should be compulsorily Registered at Registrar office

Marriage in Arya Samaj Mandir is valid marriage. each marriage need to be registered with registrar in some states.

Yes, marriage certificate issued by Arya Samaj is valid and the marriage is also consequently a valid one.

I also agree with the experts advise, it is valid marriage, however, registeration of the marriage with the Registrar of Marriages is still optional.

Marriage certificates are indeed required but Arya Samaj certificate is equally valid for establishing the marriage.

I add that though the the marriage performed before the Arya Samaj is legally valid and enough to establish there subsists a valid marriage between the two, a subsequent registration of marriage before the governmental authorities becomes mandatory especially for passport and certain other issues.

now it is not understood. what exactly you mean.

Be it not Arya Samaj let it be any temple. Any priest performing marriage there is binding one eve if not registered so far.

Now a day most of the Pandits have started giving certificate of having conducted marriage ceremonies
