If she deserted you for period exceeding 2 years, without justifiable reason, Hindu Law Permits Divorce for desertion grd.

Try to find out the reason for not living with you, seek help from elders, relatives and friends. Get couselling for amicable settlement of the dispute, if any. Motivate to bring her back in her matrimonial home.
