West bengal co-operative housing society

I am having a flat in Kolkata as member of a co-operative housing society in West Bengal. Now I want to purchase another flat in Kolkata, but the in the second second flat, there will be no co-operative, but a committee of flat-owners. My question is whether after being member of a co-operative housing society, can I buy a second flat?

you can buy second flat if there is no such bar in bye laws of association .
