Dear Sirs

One of my neighbor is spiting pan on my car repeatedly . but I am not sure about the person . what legal action can I take .

It is better to personally settle the issue because of the neghbourhood instead of reporting the matter to the local police.

You have to identify the person.

Quarrel is imminent (the moment you question him) as such behaviour is out of jealousy as the person in all probability does not have a car and may not be having resources to buy one in near future.

identify, take photograpgh, issue notice for heavy compensation., as paint spoilt, and lodge police complain./ teach him a lession. you too spit on his white shirt on the spot. Shirt compensation is in 100/- car in 10000/- TIT FOR TAT
