From which date stay order regarding a case of 'Specific Performance of Contract" of immovable property given by civil court is binding from date of filing of case or issue of stay order. if some one take any contraceptive action between two dates, whether transaction is valid.

Any stay order passed exparte would be effective from the date of service on opposite party.
If it was passed hering both the parties it would operate forth with after it was passed.
