Dear sir, a parsi bequeathed her property for religious uses by will and died thereafter. She is survived by her one nephew and one niece. Who will receive the legacy? Kindly help

Strange question?

When there is a WILL there is a WAY so move in that direction as is there in the will since you state"bequeathed her property for religious uses by will and died thereafter".
