sir once the issues are framed by judge.
whether advocate files his say???


very sorry to ask this question being an advocate practising in non litigation part not knowing the litigation part.

Issues are framed only after exchange of pleadings called plaint and written statement and thereafter evidence is adduced
by either side then comes the stage of arguments(you called advocate's say) .Please associate with a senior.
