Dear Sir/Madam,
I m a govt. teacher.My wife filed a false case against me u/s- 498a. After cognizance, a summon issued to me and I received that summon. I have filed ABP in lower court but the distict judge where I filed ABP has gone to training for 15 days.Now the first appearing date is over where I have not appeared in the court.I am fearing about arrestation. When warrant will issued against me. What I have to do avoiding arrest and for granting bail.Please suggest me what I have to do. Please save me.

tthere must be other judges in district . on grounds of urgency application can be made in another court as the concerned judge has gone on leave .

It seems to be a complaint case. There is absolutely no need for AB.
Just appear in the lower court and pray for bail. It would be given in routine manner.'I believe you are not properly guided by your advocate.
Take help of another advocate in your locality.

Yes, it must be a complaint case and therefore a summons is issued. Go and appear in the court and you will get bail easily.

You can adopt both ways. Try fro AB and thereafter get regular bail from the trial court.
