i brought a flate seller include the borrewell facality in registry but no any borrewell at the land, can i file the case in consumer court

before purchasing flat you ought to have cross cehcked all that seller had stated in agreement . contact a local lawyer

You cannot go in the consumer forum against a individual seller. But if it the builder who misrepresented so then, you can file a complaint in the consumer forum.

No you can't go against any individual seller in consumer court if it was builder then you can certainly go against him in consumer court.

Such Criminal case is not directly entertained by High Court. You have to file a complaint in Police Station first, you can file a case to lodge a FIR through court as per procedure.

he show borwell line from other plot at the time purchase & after 6 month cut the borwell line. further he given in writing in the registry with borwell facility, why can no be lodge the case under 420

Why did you not took the possession of the same plot shown to you prior to your sale-deed?
If the seller has made fraud is showing one plot and giving possession of the other then this comes within a criminal offence. File police complaint.
