dear sir i have a plot 210 sqy on road at fatehabad haryana in khasra no 236/2/1/2
but some other person is in possision in same land they have dead of khasra number 236/9/2
that is clear from pemaish patwari why we can get our possision in same land from illegal possision holder

You have joint share in the land so the best option is to get the land partitioned and have separate khata.
