sir i filed cheating case, bigamy etc. i am defacto complainant. i filed in andhra district. now we threatining from other side to attend the court. i cannot prove that they are only theratining . i want suggestion that now if i approach the highcourt for transfer of the file to any district will highcourt considers my petition. opp side is lady.being a lady her family members are threataning.

If they are threatening you, you can give a police complaint. Just for a threatening, you can seek transfer of the case to a different court.

There must strong grounds for getting the case transferred.

Yes apart from filing several criminal cases against them you can file petition in the high court for transfer.

But unless the threats are real and life threatening the high court would not transfer the case.

You shall file a police complaint against the other party as suggested by the experts above.

But, mere threatening is not a strong ground to get the case transfered.

and about transfer petition., its very low chance. since you are only defacto complainant your transfer petition may be dismissed..
