Wrong documents produced before the court

sir ,my friend was accused in the case, that case status was trial.but the plaintiff produced the forged document before the court.we want to file affidavit under section 340 read with 195. how to file a affidavit and give me a solution and profama for affidavit .is it right way to proceed?. Dear Querist
if you are sure that the plaintiff filed forged documents before the court then you can file an application u/s 340 Crpc read with 195, you can file an affidavit with the application, it is very simple format. no need to worry consult your advocate in this regard.

let the trial be completed . it has to be proved that forged document has been prooduced . concentrate your energies on first winning the case .

However if there is prima facie evidence to show the forgery then you can apply for appointment of expert to verify its authenticity.
Moreover further application can be filed for instantiating case of forgery against him.

You need not wait for the conclusion of the case rather can move an application as desired and affidavit is required to be drafted in the same language but beware that you shall have to prove before the same court that the document is fabricated and is thus a fraud with the court. It shall definitely benefit you in the ongoing case if you succeed.
