WHEN WE PURCHASE A AGRICULTURE LAND THAN WHAT IS THE SYSTEM OR LAW FOR NAME ON THIS PROPERTY(WITH TIME PERIOD).IF SUCH JOB CANNOT DONE THE RELETED OFFICER THAN WHAT IS THE LEGAL ACTION ON HIM ?

After purchase of the property, it requires 45 days to get enter you name( it is in Karnataka). If the officer failed to enter your name you can claim damages from him.

In Maharastra it is duty of purchaser to inform talathi with index2 and other documents.Talathi issues notice to seller if there is no objection is obtained circle officer confirms the entry.if any problem you complain to tahashildar or collector.
