It is totally legal and correct. If we want Rule of Law then such matters should not be weighed on the scale of emotions of caste, creed, language or regionalism.

I agree with the views of Shri Raj Kumar makkad that in the case of Rule of Law, matters should not be weighed on the scale of emotions of caste, creed, language or regionalism.

If we take debate on this topic mean its endless. Except congress party's people no tamil people will agree with this judgement.. 'every actions having same reaction'. I think my tamilnadu still one of the state with our india. Am i right? But whats our india's status on tamil-sinhala issue? How many peoples know this issue? Is our govt behaved genuinely?

Some european countries banned to singh's hair style (turbon) with their universitys. Our prime minister take effective steps for convince those countries, only for their religious rights.. But here day by day we, tamil fisher men killling by the sri lankan army. Even our prime minister enjoyed world cup cricket's final match with that raja pakshey. How many my north indian brothers sisters known about Tamil eelam issue? Sri lankan army killed lakhs of eelam's tamil people. Our india supplied the weapons to that sri lankan army.. Still we love our india. Because only by this govt we can't hate our mother nation.

Of course our ex.prime minister rajeev was one of the great in our indian history. He was killed by L.T.T.E. Am not the supporter of ltte. Even am opposing the execution of death penality for above named accused. Am not justify rajeev's murder. Thats brutal. But still having lot of knots without resolve. Untill we have to postpone the same. My opinion is PLEASE DON'T TAKE ANY ONE'S LIFE IN THE NAME OF JUSTICE.

Moreover we are no body to make any comment about the correctness of a judgement passed by the apex court of the country.

Yes I agree with above experts as the matter would dealt in serious concern on all the fronts and thereafter death punishment awarded so we can not dispute and or raise any questions on the decisions of all court and by the President of India

Eminent Jurist V.R.Krishnaiyar has sympathised with the accused and supported the case of clemecy. Commutation of death sentences even after the rejection of mercy petitions by the President are advanced with citations to canvass the mercy plea. Self immolation is also reported in Tamilandu towards the demand. In this juncture whether the state Government can interfere? Rather than debating the 'Right or Wrong'the humanitarian considerations seems to be paramount.
