Creation of huf between brother and sister

Dear Experts,

In my family right now I have my mother and my sister living abroad. Can I create HUF between three of us ? (At present there is no HUF inherited from my father.)

Yes. You can create HUF with your mother and sister as they are the co-parceners of the property.

HUF membership consist of mother, wife or other family members which do not accept sister to be part (member).
What is the purpose of creating HUF ?
It would be better to consult and engage a local prudent lawyer for appreciation of facts/ documents, professional advise and necessary proceeding.
