(Querist) 20 September 2016 This query is : Resolved 
my father has written a Will and registered. but the person who challenged the will bribed the witness and got a favourable judgement from both lowercourt as well as highcourt. I received the judgement recently from tamilnadu highcourt. if I go to supreme court will my father's Will get a stand. I have a decree by the tamilnadu highcourt which my father has quoted in the registered will predicting that it would be challenged. kindly advice me.

Unless we go through the entire case, it shall be difficult to comment. It shall be better to get second opinion apart from your own lawyer and decide future course of action.

In Supreme Court, only Law is considered when on fact the Two courts are same.

Approximately 2-3 Kg. of papers must be in the file, without referring full case file and orders of court, nothing can be advised, discuss with your lawyer.
