Traffic Case of Central line violation

I am a Defence Veteran & it is written in front & back of my Two wheeler too.
Still I got a below massage of case of central line violation! When 99% of road don't marked with central line. And the road condition is well known to all!
So, I want to challenge the case & request assistance!
I got massage as,_

traffic rules / Central line violation is not concerned with defense Veteran.

If somewhere central line not visible, it does not permit to cross it.

If you wish you may try to defend the case against you.
