Sir,my grandfather died four months ago and left the house which has given by government under adi dravida welfare scheme.he left wife one daughter and one son(my father).now can i suit for partition sir?

you father is alive, if yes then he may file a partition suit before civil court bacause this is not a ancestral property hence you can not file a partition suit regarding this property in the presence of your father.
