Coaching center registration process.

Hello Sir/Madam,
I want to know whether can i start a coaching center/computer center without registration and what would be the consequences if someone submit a plea against the center.

Also please tell me the procedure of registration of coaching center/computer center and the documents i need.

you have to first apply for trade license.
Thereafter you need registration under shop and establishment act.

Apart from trade license, license under shop and establishment act, please take any other license required at local level.

You can not provide any diploma/ certificate etc. for the training provided till you get any franchise for doing so.

If i get a franchise from someone Pvt.Ltd. company then still there is any need for the registration.

Registration under shops establishment act is mandatory when you are looking for a commercial activity through your proposed franchised education tuition centre.
