not clear.

has she married your friend.

Is he still on wanted list.
Laxmi Kant Joshi (Expert) 10 August 2014
366A is a non compoundable and non bailable offence , on surrender in the court , court will send him in the JC and the trial will start .
Rajendra K Goyal (Expert) 10 August 2014
Whether she married your friend ?
If so, On surrender he would be sent to JC and trial would begin.

how many query would you raise in a day??
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 16 August 2014
the offence sands committed and cannot be wiped out by marriage with same girl on attaining majority.
prabhakar singh (Expert) 16 August 2014
YOUR FRIEND CAN NOT ESCAPE TRIAL.

THE GIRL WAS MINOR WITH INCAPACITY TO GIVE CONSENT AT THEN SO SHE CAN NOT APPROVE THAT NOW ON GROUND OF HER MAJORITY.HOWEVER SHE HAS OPTION TO DENY THE INCIDENT.THE ONLY FAVOR SHE CAN.
