If you do not want divorce, oppose the motion of your husband.

1. Who is the owner of your matrimonial house?
2. If your Father in Law is the owner of your matrimonial house and you leave for your husband's rented house, your father in law may not allow you to enter his house later on stating that your husband does not stay there and it is his property,
3. Meantime your husband may abscond to some other address in which case you shall have to pay the rent yourself,
4. So, do not leave your matrimonial house and fight the divorce case filed by your husband fittingly.

It is better to remain in the matrimonial house itself and give stiff challenge to his divorce case from this place. Consult your lawyer for further advise.
