Dear experts
My wife got interm stay order on 24th october 2013 on my mother house which is self acquired property and it has 3 floors and in order they have mentioned only site no not a particular house no and know my wife has went on may 15th 2014 on of the tenant house and staying thier only my tenant asked here here we have 10 house in this interm stay order they have not mentioned which house you have got stay they have mentioned only site no inspite also telling that she came and staying in my tenant house and ny tenant got TI from vaccation court has he is staying in that house scince may 2013 and court has granted TI to my tenant when my tentant went to police and told i got TI from court please tell mohan wife to vacat the house and police has not listen to thier words also and my words also i told directly to police that you have taken bribe from my wife father and acting accordling i will infrom to the court and higher authourity police are telling me if you go near the house they will put criminal case on me and my mother i told them you put a case i will call the media and public and what you will do i also see i told them we got TI from court do has per court order.
My querys
1.If my tenant got TI from court have police are not taking any action? and what i have to do next?

Are you or your mother not using any of the apartments in the said building for your residential purpose?

Query has been continuously repeated, don't understand what makes the author so curious about it despite his query being addressed properly earlier.
