Complaint against a lawyer for his insincerity in services

I had to file a review petition in the National Consumer Redressel Commission to plead against the judgement of the State Commission, hence had engaged a lawyer to plead my case, but he not only had miserably failed to project even the objectives of the petition, he also could not justify that why he had filed petition in the commission. The Hon'ble judge even had thrashed him for misguiding a client about the purview of this commission. The judge was so much annoyed with his presentation that he advised him to withdraw the case. Whereas he had charged full fee to file and plead the case until final verdict.Now he had refused to refund fee proportionally. What to do now?I think there is a provision in the Bar Association statute to complaint against such non committed lawyers. Pl advise. Thanks.

the advocate has filed review petition and appeared on your behalf before national Commission . ultimately results are not in hands of an advocate . some times in court when judges are on verge of dismissal of case advocates have no option but to with draw the case . you are not entitled to any refund of fees

You have wide range to select..
You failed to choose a right Advocate.
No standard format for filing case, and changes from fact to fact, client to client, and also Advocates.
Choice is yours. It is Legal Practice/ Like Medical Practice, and chances of mistake are high with Juniors.
