In a writ petition International Airport Authority argued that they cannot considered as an agency under the ambit of writ jurisdiction.Can you give any reasonable answer to this issue with some other supporting cases upon this issue
on what ground the Supreme Court and High Court decides its jurisdiction
in a case while the High Court exceeds the jurisdiction what would the Supreme Court do

In fact Airport Authority of India is a statutory authority having been created under a Statute. Therefore the AAI claiming that it is not amenable to writ jurisdiction is untenable.
