Regarding info given in biodata form

Respected lawyers,
I need help from you,2 months ago i joined a psu organisation and at the joining time they give a biodate form to fill and in that biodata i have given some wrong info i.e they ask for the name of two person to whom i know and also ask for the time period and i have mention 10 yrs but if the person(refree)give reply that he knows me from 5 yrs only then can it pose a problem for me.Althouhg i have given the resignation from this organisation as i was selected in another psu organisation through proper channel and the joining formalities is yet to be done.
So Please help sir.

You did a wrong thing by giving false information especially when you were not sure about their support. Now pray that your new job is under cloud out of earlier mess.

Never try to play with your own career by supplying of wrong information through your biodata to any employer. Since you have not yet joined the PSU, go and ask them that you want to review if all the information supplied by you has been filled corrctly. Correct that after seeing.

this much wrong information is not that serious. But you have a tendancy to tell lies on papers so PSU job is not suited to you. You can land in greater trouble. Wong information given today can blow up right on the eve of retirement.

This providing of wrong information is not so serious, but in your carrier never try to do such act. This may effect carrier.
Try to correct the information provided if possible.

But Sir i have given wrong info to my previous employer which i have left by giving resignation through proper channel and now i have been selected in other organisation and the joining in this organisation is yet to be done.

Forget about the past. Nothing can be suggested in anticipation. Come with your query only when some problem arises out of your previous service.

When you have already resigned the job ,they would not go to prob about your antecedents.

In future take care and give referrals names after keeping them informed so that nothing comes as surprise to any party.

Here these things arenot under rules of any legislation,but honesty brings less problems in life.

it should not post any problems since you have left the organisation . but it has left you with a guilty mind and you are spending sleepless nights .

It should not, till some complaint by some one in new organization and new organization take adverse view of it. This will happen rarely till you expose this in large and some one want to take revenge from you otherwise forget it.

last ten years but he knows me since 5 years
can be very well explained.The purpose is to know antecedent which should be good.
