under tenancy proceeding tenant get 32 m certificate under the bombay tenancy and agri. lands act.in which daughters are not party after the death of father as heir,can daughters ask for partition by filing civil suit pl. post case law

Naik,

If daughter is married and residing away with her husband, not using rented premises, she cannot ask for such partition in civil suit.

Try to ask in a single Query, with full incident, if u r asking advise for one and the same incident!!
