Lawer not co operating

Lawyer is not ready to help me or give NOC so that I can get help from another person. What do I do?

If he is not ready then issue termination notice to the lawyer.

Make complaint to the concerned court so that it may permit you to change your lawyer even without NOC of previous lawyer.
