expired visa

respected sir/madam,
I have seen one person from other country is staying in India (Maharashtra) with expired visa 2 yrs before.
how can he stay in our country with expired visa?
what should I do now? but I dont want my name focused in this case.

Apply asap for your regualarisation from FRRO.

If you do not want your name focused inform police orally about his illegal stay in India with an expired VISA.Any grudge with him?
