Hello Sir,

if you have made payment and product is not delivered to you nor money refunded issue legal notice to snap deal . . if no reply received then file complaint before consumer forum

Thank you Sir for your response.

I made the payment through credit card. Damaged product reached me. I reported the same and returned the product as per their instruction. But they are delaying the procedure and not responding with a proper resolution even after repeated phone calls and emails.

What is the url of consumer forum where I file complaint?

You can send a legal notice to the SNAPDEAL, it is optional.Failing which you can file a case in District Consumer Forum,but is is lengthy process and have to bear litigation cost.Please compare with your actual loss/damages before filing the case.You can also file a Cyber Crime Case under I.T.Act in Magistrate Court.
