(Querist) 26 October 2012 This query is : Resolved 
A manuscript takes the form of book by printing, editing or other mechanical process,after that book is adapted into t.v serial. i want to know which clause of sec.63 of evidence act is applicable 63(2) or 63(3). is sec 62 also invoked? .
2. is video evidence admissible in this case.
i want to know please help me.
