hi,m in need to kno ,whether age of juvenile as prescribed u/s.2(k) o J.J.Act 2000 is proper?

Definitino as per sectin 2(h) is as under

"‘Juvenile’ means a boy who has not attained the age of sixteen years or a girl who has not attained the age of eighteen years ;"

hai. u need to know what exactly u wish to know. u need to know the interpretation of laws/statutes. u can only raise any legal problem for solution. but not like this.
