Outside employment would contravene his service regulations and amounts to initiation of disciplinary action by his employer

Mr.Tom,

If your suggestion is that he can do it in another name not in his name, your answer must be:-

He can not do it.
Sudhir Kumar, Advocate (Expert) 21 January 2012
I disagee with Mr Tom. He cannot do even his own name or other's name. Scores of employees have been punished for the same. Agricultural activity (including pissiculture, sericulture, poultry, daily etc) an exception.
