Only Shri R.Ramachandran is not replying "anonymous" query.
I again humbly request to him that break his "Anshan". I am really missing him.
I also saw some thread in which, expert Mr.Rajeev kumar is also saying that he is not replying "anonymous" query. I didn't know reason behind.

I will not Object Anonymous Query.
After all are we expert concerned with the Names, say XYZ?
We are concerned with their Legal problems.
And people like to maintain Confidentially.
Few Expert may feel, What People will think, this Expert do'nt know this Legal problem?
Any of you Experts will like to Ask query with your name? it may tarnish your image?
Why a Wife or Husband declare his personal confidential problem, and Let the Opposite Party know, what advise he/she get and what he/ she is likely to do next??
Considering all these, I personally believe, it is necessary in Personal problems to allow anonymous query, and reply the person in trouble.
Why will he ask Query if he don's need our Opinion.
YES, if it is misused, or created for different intentions, LCI should keep a record the sources, and where it exceed, mark it as Ano(xx) for abuse
My colleague Experts, Pl give your Opinion on my thoughts.
Despite this, if you all decide, I will be with you.

actually the purpose of anonymous option is good one..,
some times, peoples may hesitate to talk about their personal problems, especially girls my feel shy to show their identification.,
or some time time people may get any problem by them open query here.,
at the time the anonymous option is "good and safe"
but some time our advocates friends posting some queries as anonymous. mostly they will ask any question in their cases., for this they hesitating to show their identification., i hate it.,
"a query will show that author is layman or advocate"
am requesting our members to avoid anonymous queries by advocates., same time if its posted by layman mean we may answer for this., nothing wrong with that.,

Ignore these minor discrepencies and confine to our duty providing free of cost legal advice without much caring who is asking this legal question.
One thing should be kept in mind that commercial institutions or big houses can afford the service of lawyers so the questions raised by them should be discouraged and they should be guided accordingly.

If the querist posts as anonymous, just to mask his identity, due to reasons known to him.
It is upto the experts to decide to give opinion or not.
Personally I don't hesitate to anonymous queries.

Yes when site provides such facility ,it is no harm to continue it. Now it is the wisdom of individuals to reply or not.

This point in issue started with a difficulty
that those who post queries as anonymous used
to post same query each time with improved facts after receiving answers to their earlier queries.
As anonymous questioner can not be traced an offer was proposed and seconded by me that the queries should be posted by only names may be pseudo we do not mind.
It was agreed despite pros and cons view.Unluckily our Ld.brother Mr. Ramachandran answered an anonymous query
which was complained by one of us.Since then he has maintained his self discipline.
I continued to discourage anonymous posting for a few days but meanwhile i was informed
by the Administrator that i should not discourage anonymous posting.
Like today JSDN at then also had a view in favor of such anonymous posting and his reasons were also some what convincing to me.
in these circumstances i had two options either to withdraw from site or to continue as per Administrator's command.since i decided to remain here i started to answer.
Still Mr. Sethi was not responding but on my information about the wish of the Administration he agreed to answer and he is answering, but Ld.Mr.Ramachandran is maintaining his discipline,i guess, just because his very accidental mistake was checked.
I requested him many time but he is maintaining his self discipline.
Unfortunately anonymous questioners are deprived of valuable opinion he used to give
as they are not heeding to his request of posting in pseudo name.
THis is all about it.

Above all I am of the firm conviction that giving answers improve our personal skills irrespective of questioner.

From the nature of the query, we can make out as to whether it is from a needy layman, requiring to solve his legal problem. I suggest experts, to answer such issues thoroughly known to them and also to skip unknown matters.
