wife has accused husband of dowry harrasment and treating her like maid.
and not giving food.
can husband show photo of couple dinning in five star hostel as counter to above allegation

You can definitely show the photographs. But that in itself will not be conclusive. Because to show to the outside world one can take the wife to five star hotels and also take photographs (to use it for future reference) and still harass her day in and day out.

I wish you have boy and he is married to someone similar to my dear wife.
And she make false alleagtion aginast your son and your family. in court other side advocate use same language as you to protect girls interest then you would understand how frustraing it is to prove truth. God bless you and hope you dont get girl similar to mine

your evidence is relevant to fact in issue in rebuttal of charges made against you and coupled with other corroboration can lead as conclusive proof but not as stand alone.
You should not get agitated to any reply,Mr.R.Ramachandran in his own style simply meant that only an isolated photograph
can not be a conclusive proof.However i do not agree with him ,that photograph of such occasions may be taken only with ulterior motive for creating evidence.If,so why to marry at all???These photos ,i view,are taken for memories and these untoward litigation cause them to become evidence.

I agree with Mr. Ramachandran only a photograph can not help you in totality. It may help u but not in day to day of your behaviour with your wife.

one of who is undergoing the pain cannot wish other to feel the same pain.
it is frutrusting to get involve in something which you cannot ever imagine in my life.
assumption of your and others that girl is always right and what ever husband would do is would be evil motive that frutruste me. but i guess on your experience it is true

Don't be excited so fast,its an advice by the experts.It is not mandatory to follow the same.
However if you are having any other evidence to add your cause,prepare the same you must be getting it and will win on your true reasoning.
