my grandfather(mothers father) has made a will which is registered.He has mentioned that after the death of his son n daughter in law (who have no issues)to be given to my brother.can i claim my share in my grand fathers property from my brother as still my mother is alive?

If it is his self acquired property you cannot claim anything.

No. You cannot claim any right in the property of your maternal grandfather when your mother is alive.

If the will is legally vaild, then your mother also cannot claim.
