1- The Dcree is not to demolish the Structure to be Honoured by Dist Adminmistration .
2- The Violation of decree is to be submitted to the Court by filing Application for necessary action against the officers/persons who with knowledge of the Decree demolished the Structure and to pay compensation
3- File suit for damages

Filing petition for contempt of court before the high court would yield expeditious and efficacious results.

1st: Get the names of the persons responsible-mere designation will not do. 2nd: File an application for contempt against the persons responsible. 3rd:Go for compensation.
