Divorce by mutual consent

is there any procedure in pri litigation for getting mutual consent divorce. if there is please tell me what is the procedure for that

yes, before filing MCD case, both are should create MOU for MCD, then file a case.

There is nothing mandatory as a pre-litigation requirement, if at all any issue to be set right before divorce, the same may be reduced to writing so that there will not arise any dispute in this regard in future between both.
