Lost of share certificate

Few members have lost their share certificate and they wanted the managing committee to issue a duplicate certificate for the same. What is the procedure for doing the same; we have printed the share certificate but not yet issued it to any one and waiting for your opinion on the matter.

the loser need to issue public notice that his share certificate is lost in a well circulated daily, with 30 days notice , finders will be rewarded, if nothing comes, in the bargain the society can issue a duplicate.
cost for the notice society can recover from the concerned member who lost.

Application by member,Police information, affidavit, Indemnity, notice affixed on notice board, public notice may suffice.
On receipt call meeting and decide on costs, consequences, documents etc.

Youi need to furnish details of the folio numbers of the folio numbERS OF THE LOST SHARE CERTIFICATES TO THE COMPANY WHICH ISSUED THE SHARE CERTIFICATE SO THAT TH COMPANY WOULD FREEZE YOUR SHARE CERTIFICATE ACCOUNT FROZEN TO PREVENT FRAUD. YOU ALSO NEED TO FURNISH NOTARIZED AFFIDAVIT AND INDEMNITY AND GUARENTY BOND(NOTARIZED TO THE COMPANY WHICH WOULD THEN ISSUE DUPLICATE SHARE CERTIFICATE.
